The New (Testament) Covenant teaches us how we must respond in order to be saved?
The New Testament is a letter, with many parts. We must consider each section of equal importance. Each of these commands matter. We do not believe baptism only saves nor do we believe faith alone saves (James 2:24)

Confession That He Is Lord and Savior Of Our Lives . Matt. 10:32-33, Rom. 10:9
Repentance (acknowledging sin and turning from the sinful life) (It is also hating the things that God hates and loving the things that God loves) Luke 24:47, Acts 2:38, Matthew 3:8, Acts 26:20
