7 Passions of the Believers in the Early Church
We will Strive to live our lives based on the principles of the New Testament Church!
1) We will have Intimate Worship – We are expected to worship God every day out of love for Him. This doesn’t always require a “worship service.” We want to have a genuine commitment with God and be consumed with Him as a lifestyle. Our desire is to give Jesus glory for what He has done.
2) We will share this love with others – It is natural to talk about the things that you love and adore the most.
3) We will be intentional about spiritual growth – We will place our faith at the center of our lives! Our sense of meaning, purpose, direction, and connection is with a relationship with Jesus and His commands.
4) We will look for service opportunities – Our mindset is to serve and not to be served. Our focus is on meeting the needs of others, rather than centering on our own needs and desires.
5) We will use the resources with which God has blessed us - We will hold our possessions very loosely. We will be eager to give.
6) We will build relationships for encouragement and accountability for spiritual integrity.
7) We will be intentional about teaching and modeling Christ to our children.
